Walk to raise money for guide dog services

Walk to raise money for guide dog services

Bradenton, FL -- For many people, simply being able to safely walk down the streets of the Tampa Bay area is something that can often be taken for granted.

But for those living in the community who are visually impaired, the help of a guide dog is the only way to make that walk possible.

On Saturday, March 5, the Southeastern Guide Dogs organization will hold its 25th Annual Walkathon.

The money raised will go towards training more guide dogs to help people go back to work, school, and lead more active overall lives.
