Manatee Holds off Venice 35-14

In Bradenton Friday the Manatee Hurricanes played host to Venice High school.  And from the start things didn't go so well for the Hurricanes.  The Indians opened up the game with TD from QB Dom Marino to Tyler McKenzie to put Venice up 7-0.  Then Venice scored again, on a pick six from Ben Chisholm to make it 14-0.

But the Hurricanes were determined to not give up, and responded with 5 unanswered touchdowns of their own.  Manatee went on to win this one 35-14 and improved to 2-0 on the season.
