Manatee Hurricanes remain Unbeaten with 35-14 Victory
In Palmetto Friday the number one ranked Manatee Hurricanes got a scare from the Palmetto Tigers as the two teams exchanged early scores. But Manatee was able to take the lead 14-7 after QB Joshua Meyer found Kelvin McKnight down the sideline for a 15-yard touchdown.
But Palmetto just refused to quit, as Joshua Hicks took the opening kickoff of the second half back for a touchdown. But that was the lone highlight of the half for the home team, who lost 35-14.
