Lithia, FL -- Tickets are now on sale for the Theatre Arts and Dance Alliance's (TADA) "The Nutcracker."  

Theatre Arts and Dance Alliance in collaboration with Tampa Bay Dance Theatre will feature 75 aspiring dancers and actors, including three professional ballet dancers.  

Two matinee performances will be held on Saturday, December 7th and Sunday, December 8th at Howard W. Blake High School at 3:00pm.  

FishHawk, FL -- Calling all quilters!

The FishHawk Quilters meet once a month during the school year to offer all FishHawk Ranch residents interested in quilting a place to gather and work on their projects.  

November's meeting will be held on Friday, November 1st, at the Osprey Club from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

This group is open to all FishHawk Ranch residents who are over the age of 18 years. Members need to bring all of their own sewing supplies (including sewing machine) necessary to work on their sewing project.

Bradenton, Florida -- The South Florida Museum is debuting its new planetarium, projection systems and shows this week. The system is among the most advanced Planetarium technologies in the world.

On Tuesday, October 15, it will host two new shows, in addition to many interactive features the system now offers. The new Bishop Planetarium is state-of-the-art in astronomy education, with stunning multimedia capabilities.
