Police search for man wanted in deadly shootout | Crime
Bradenton, Florida -- Manatee County detectives are searching for a man wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of James Brady outside a home on Jan. 20.
Authorities say Charles Jones, Jared Lee and James Brady approached Joshua Pinkham and Roy Potter in the carport of the men's home while dressed in black with masks covering their faces. Brady then reportedly pointed his gun at Pinkham who was also armed and pulled out his handgun.
Gunfire was exchanged and Brady was shot and killed. The other two men, Jones and Lee, took off running.
Jared Lee was arrested on Friday, Jan. 25 and charged with murder and armed robbery. Pinkham was not charged, according to the sheriff's office.
